- Account information: email address and authentication data when you create an account.
- Publisher and partner opt-ins: email, public site or channel URL, and main affiliate network when you request the free checklist or apply to the LinkSourceAI partner program. This is permission-based; we do not buy or scrape email lists.
- Affiliate and link data: product labels, destination URLs, platforms, short codes, and conversion entries you save.
- Click and usage data: clicks on tracked links, timestamps, IP address, user agent, and pages or features used.
- Communications: messages you send to us (e.g., support requests).
- Cookies and similar technologies: to remember preferences, keep sessions secure, and measure traffic.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Measure link performance and analytics you request;
- Respond to inquiries and send service-related notices;
- Send the checklist, disclosure templates, and related follow-ups you requested, until you unsubscribe;
- Review partner applications for the LinkSourceAI affiliate program;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Affiliate links and commissions
We use affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you purchase through our links. This does not affect the price you pay. Third-party services (for example Amazon Associates) may set cookies for attribution and tracking.

Where applicable, we rely on: contract; legitimate interests (security, analytics); consent; and legal obligation.
5. Third-party services
We may share data with providers that help us run linksource.io, including:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
- Hosting providers (e.g. Vercel or similar) — hosting, logs, and edge delivery.
- Email delivery (e.g. Resend) — transactional and requested marketing emails such as the waitlist welcome and checklist sequence.
- Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics or similar) — traffic and usage analytics if enabled.
- Affiliate networks and merchants (e.g. Amazon Associates, Udemy, ClickBank, and others) — attribution and tracking per program rules.
- AI providers (e.g. Groq) — when you use copy-generation features, prompts may be sent to their API.

6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may limit some features. Third-party cookies may be set by affiliate programs such as Amazon Associates.
